In all my life I felt deep respect and love of trees. For me they are the symbols of Life, Time, Knowledge and Beauty. ("Tree of Knowledge" in the Bible, "Life Tree" motifs.) It was evident I created pictures on this subjejt as well.

If you think about a few millenia old Giant Sequoia who was a sapling during the building of the Egyptian piramids and is still green and generating oxygen - our vital element - than you get understand why I think so. The beauty of the canopy of green trees or the fine tissue of the bald branches had always grasped me.

With my pictures I pay tribute to the creatures of Earth tolerating so much (from mankind)!
